3. Pricing and Fees

  • Sellers set their own product prices. Prices must reflect the value of the product and be competitive within the marketplace.
  • EUSUK Holding Group charges a commission fee on each sale made via the platform. The current fee structure is available in your seller dashboard and may be updated periodically.
  • Sellers are responsible for paying all applicable taxes, duties, and fees associated with their sales.

4. Order Fulfillment and Shipping

  • Sellers are responsible for fulfilling orders within the specified time frames and ensuring that all products are accurately described and shipped promptly.
  • Sellers must provide accurate shipping details, including tracking numbers where applicable. They must comply with all international shipping and customs regulations.
  • EUSUK Holding Group recommends using reputable carriers and providing reliable delivery services. Sellers must inform customers of any delays in processing or shipping.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Customer Support

  • Sellers must provide clear return and refund policies and adhere to consumer protection laws. Returns must be processed in a fair and timely manner.
  • Sellers must handle customer inquiries and disputes professionally and address issues promptly.
  • In case of disputes, EUSUK Holding Group may intervene to help resolve issues and may require sellers to offer refunds or replacements.

6. Seller Performance Standards

  • Sellers are expected to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Sellers should strive to meet key performance metrics, including order fulfillment rates, shipping times, and customer ratings.
  • Accounts with consistently poor performance may be subject to suspension or removal from the platform.

7. Advertising and Promotions

  • Sellers may run promotions or discounts through the platform, subject to EUSUK Holding Group’s advertising guidelines. All promotional content must be truthful, accurate, and not misleading.
  • EUSUK Holding Group reserves the right to approve or reject any advertisements or promotional materials before they are published.

8. Seller Communication with Customers

  • Sellers should communicate with customers professionally and respectfully. Unsolicited marketing, spam, or communication outside of the transaction scope is prohibited.
  • All communication must be conducted through the platform’s approved channels.

9. Prohibited Products and Conduct

  • Sellers must not list prohibited or restricted items, including counterfeit goods, illegal products, and products that violate intellectual property rights.
  • Sellers must not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or manipulative practices, including false advertising or inflating sales artificially.
  • Violating this policy may result in the removal of listings, account suspension, or termination.

10. Cross-Border Transactions and Compliance

  • Sellers selling internationally must comply with all relevant customs regulations, import/export laws, and taxes.
  • EUSUK Holding Group is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred during cross-border transactions.

11. Payment Processing and Payouts

  • Payments will be processed via the platform’s approved payment system. Sellers will receive payouts within the specified time after order fulfillment.
  • In cases of disputes or chargebacks, the seller must cooperate with the platform’s resolution process. EUSUK Holding Group will not be responsible for resolving payment issues between sellers and customers.

  • Sellers will have access to performance data, including sales, customer feedback, and other key metrics, through their seller dashboard. Sellers are encouraged to review these insights to improve their business performance.
  • EUSUK Holding Group provides data in accordance with privacy regulations and will not share personal customer information with sellers unless explicitly authorized by the customer.

15. Third-Party Integrations

  • Sellers are permitted to integrate third-party tools or services, such as inventory management systems or CRMs, provided that these tools comply with EUSUK Holding Group’s security standards and platform guidelines.

16. Quality Control and Product Safety

  • Sellers are responsible for ensuring their products meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Products should be manufactured, stored, and handled following industry standards and applicable laws.
  • EUSUK Holding Group reserves the right to remove any product listings that do not comply with these standards.

17. End of Sale/End of Product Availability

  • Sellers must promptly remove or mark products as unavailable when they are out of stock or discontinued.
  • If a product is unavailable for an extended period, sellers must update their listings to avoid confusion and customer dissatisfaction.

18. Dispute Resolution

  • In case of disputes between sellers and customers, EUSUK Holding Group will act as an intermediary to help resolve the issue. Sellers must cooperate with the platform’s dispute resolution process.
  • Unresolved disputes may be escalated to a legal body, depending on the nature of the issue.

19. Liability and Indemnification

  • Sellers are solely responsible for their products, listings, and customer interactions. EUSUK Holding Group will not be held liable for any damages, losses, or claims resulting from a seller’s products or services.
  • Sellers agree to indemnify EUSUK Holding Group from any legal claims, including those related to product issues, intellectual property disputes, or customer complaints.

20. Confidentiality and Data Protection

  • Sellers must comply with all applicable data protection laws, including GDPR for EU-based sellers, when handling customer data.
  • Sellers are required to maintain the confidentiality of customer data and only use such data as permitted by law and platform policy.

21. Platform Modifications and Updates

  • EUSUK Holding Group reserves the right to modify this Seller Policy at any time. Sellers will be notified of any changes, and they are expected to comply with the updated terms.
